In order to sell your unwanted golf balls to Golf On The Green you are asked to accept and agree to the following terms and conditions. If you are unable to agree to these terms and conditions you will be unable to sell your golf balls to Golf On The Green.
Golf On The Green is for use of UK residents only.
You are the legal owner or have permission of the legal owner to sell the golf balls.
You are at least 18 years of age old or you have obtained your parent’s or guardian’s consent to sell the golf balls to Golf On The Green.
Once we have received your items, checked them and dispatched payment to you then ownership passes immediately to Golf On The Green.
For balls that fail the quality check (see conditions below) you agree that they can only be returned at sellers cost or Golf On The Green will disposed of them responsibly and free of charge. Golf On The Green will not make payment for or return any balls in the following condition:
– Small sized balls
– Split or creased covers (including nicks which penetrate to the inner layer)
– Solid or range balls
– Unwashable dirt stains
– Excessive or obscene pen marks
– Otherwise unusable
Golf On The Green’s decision is final. Sellers will be kept updated of any balls which fail inspection.
We will normally inspect your parcel within 2 working days of receiving. We recommend you use a tracked and insured service as Golf On The Green cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Advice on packaging and sending options are available on the Contact Us page.
Once the balls have passed inspection a cheque will be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery within 1 working day.
Any disputes will be passed onto our legal representatives.
